Priority services receive expedited turnaround times.

Yes, full payment is required upfront to secure your booking and project time. Due to the digital nature of custom design services, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of change of mind or cancellation. When booking, please ensure you are fully ready to move forward, as you are reserving dedicated creative time.
Each graphic design service includes up to 2 revisions. Website design revisions are handled separately due to the additional time involved and are subject to a $15 revision fee per revision request.
Final files are delivered in standard high-quality formats, typically PNG. If you need a PDF format, please let that be known before final delivery.
Editable source files are not included unless specifically requested. Source files are available for an additional fee and are provided through Canva Pro.
Yes. Additional edits requested after project completion may require a separate revision fee depending on the request.
Yes, printing services are available for business cards, thank you cards, and hair tags only.

Yes. Clients may book multiple services at once depending on availability. If you need multiple branding elements, a brand bundle may be the best option unless you only need select individual services.

Communication is based on project needs. Updates are provided when there is something ready for you to review, approve, or provide feedback on. If creative freedom has been given, updates may be minimal until progress is ready to be shared.
Projects may be paused if communication becomes inactive for an extended period, which may delay your project timeline and delivery.
Not all projects require constant updates. Updates are sent when there is something available for review, feedback, or approval. If you have granted creative freedom, communication may be less frequent while your project is being developed.
Business hours are Monday through Friday. Fridays are considered a lighter workday, with active order work ending at 4 PM. Saturdays are not considered official business days, though limited activity may occasionally occur. Sundays are closed.
Design inspiration is always welcome, but all final work is custom-created to fit your brand. Direct replicas of another designer’s work will not be created. I do not copy another creative’s work exactly.
