TURNAROUND TIME
Standard turnaround time is 5–15 business days (Monday–Friday) unless a rush service is purchased. Please allow an additional 2–3 business day grace period when necessary due to rush orders receiving priority. Any expected delays will be communicated. Your turnaround time does not begin until payment, your completed form, and ALL required information/materials have been received.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Full payment is required before any work begins. Deposits and unpaid work are not accepted. Payments are accepted through Chime, Cash App, or the HER BrandingHaus website. Cash App payments include a $5 transaction fee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital/creative services, refunds are not provided once a service has been purchased.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for submitting ALL wording, photos, product information, inspiration, website access, and other requested materials through the provided form. I will not continuously reach out for information requested on your form. Missing or incorrect information may delay your project, and turnaround time will not begin until everything required has been received.

REVISIONS & CHANGES
Each service includes the number of revisions stated within your purchased package. Additional revisions are $20 each. A revision is an adjustment to the approved design direction—not a completely new concept or redesign. Major direction changes, additional pages, products, features, custom coding, or work outside your purchased package will require an additional fee.

COMMUNICATION & INACTIVITY
Please remain active throughout your project. When information, feedback, or approval is requested, clients are expected to respond within the provided timeframe. I will follow up within approximately 3–5 business days when necessary. Continued inactivity may place your project into the inactive-client process, requiring an inactivity fee before work resumes. Refusal to pay the required fee may result in cancellation without a refund.

DESIGN & CONTENT POLICY
AI-generated logos are not accepted for use in my work. If one is submitted, I will recreate it. If the recreation is not approved, you must purchase a new logo design or continue without a logo. Clients are responsible for ensuring submitted photos, logos, wording, fonts, and other materials are authorized for their use. Booking with HER BrandingHaus confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies.
