If an AI-generated logo is submitted, it will be redesigned and will not be used as the final identity for your brand. If you are not satisfied with the redesigned logo after using your two included revisions, a new logo direction or additional revisions must be purchased. If you choose not to purchase an additional logo service, the remaining project will move forward without a finalized logo design.

All wording, policies, product information, prices, photos, and Shopify access must be submitted before the project begins. Major changes to the approved design direction or requests beyond the included quantities will require an additional fee. All payments are final and nonrefundable under all circumstances.
